Please allow 3-4 days for confirmation (especially for non-urgent bookings) - we like to spend our time caring, playing and enjoying the company of our beautiful doggie guests - our number one priority! * C5 Vaccination proof MUST be provided

* Aggressive dogs will not be accepted (please refer to FAQ's page for further information)

* Sorry, females in their heat cycle drive the boys crazy, so cannot stay during this time.

Our suites are in high demand and book out quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or reserve suites until a completed Dog Boarding Information form has been submitted and an email confirmation has been sent. 

First Come, First Served!
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive for overlapping dates, we prioritise bookings based on the order in which completed boarding forms are submitted. Please note that bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of prior email or text communication. 

If your pup is a returning guest, please text Janine with required dates (no form necessary).
