Your pet’s stay will include the following amenities:

• A private climate-controlled suite 
• Staff on-site providing care 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year
• Premium raised beds with plush bedding and blankets
• Daily maid service with linen changes and continual room refreshing
• Daily monitoring and health checks - we monitor and chart water and food      consumption, toileting and demeanour twice daily
• Customisable activities and playtime
• Complimentary room service meals (up to 3 times per day). Meals provided by pet parent’s will be served as per instructions, hot or cold
• Continuous fresh, filtered water
• Administration of medications, if needed
• Socialisation and playtime with other dogs
• Complimentary cuddles and lots of personalised love and attention

To ensure the comfort of each of our guests, our suites are designed to give each dog the opportunity to relax in a private and serene environment. Each suite has easy access to a private outdoor area just for your pup so indoor or outdoor time is completely up to them. When it comes to play time, we provide daytime exercise that is tailored to each pup’s energy level and social skills. Active dogs can run around in spacious outdoor areas, make friends with other pups of similar sizes and energy levels in supervised group play sessions. Dogs that prefer human interaction can take solo walks with a dedicated member of our staff. Being dog owners ourselves we know it’s not enough to just ‘love dogs,’ it’s about understanding what they are telling you with their body language and making them feel happy and secure. We know too well the heartache of leaving our dogs when we go away, we know how much we would want them to be looked after, walked, cuddled and loved. We are passionate about changing the way dogs are looked after when owners must leave them, that’s why each and every guest at Max’s Kennel Club will be treated as our very own, with 100% attention, love and care, as part of our family.
